Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a curious, talented individual with out-of-the-box thinking and excellent interpersonal skills, who will help our customers extract maximum value from our service. Our customer experience specialists are the heartbeat of our operations, providing daily support to our customers and financial-flow advice to help as many people as possible feel good with their money

Role Expectations

  • Deep understanding of our customers’ perspective
  • Providing comprehensive responses to inquiries from our customers to help them extract maximum value from the product, while meeting defined SLAs
  • Assisting customers in familiarizing and becoming aware of the product
  • Technical support: deep and thorough understanding of technical processes and the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose creative solutions
  • Functional support: actively assisting our customers in using the product correctly
  • Gathering signals from customers to promote and lead product opportunities for sharpening the value proposition of the service
  • Providing financial advice and cash-flow support to customers in daily economic dilemmas and financial planning issues
  • Identifying operational challenges for the purpose of improving work processes, tools and systems

  • Possess analytical skills with a background in data analysis and working with data
  • Sensitive, service-oriented, empathetic, and responsive

  • Excellent at conveying complex messages in simple language while adapting to our tone of voice
